Our live-in care starts from £1,092 per week, with the final cost based on your individual needs. A free assessment ensures you only pay for the level of support required, and unlike hourly care, the cost does not climb with every extra visit.
Carer or registered nurse
Your rate depends on whether care is provided by a carer or by a fully qualified, registered nurse.
Occasional extras
Occasional extra costs can include bank holiday rates and carer travel costs, both of which are included in our premium service.

Which live-in care arrangement is best for you?
Three ways to arrange live-in care, so you can choose what suits your family and your budget.
Introductory live-in care
We'll introduce you to a self-employed carer who works with you independently of us. You remain responsible for day-to-day arrangements, payments and managing the relationship. It's a flexible, lower-cost option that suits families who prefer to be more hands-on with the care.
Managed live-in care
Our fully managed service is regulated by the CQC and gives families complete peace of mind. We take responsibility for everything, from care planning and medication support to ongoing supervision and guaranteed cover if a carer is absent. Best when you want a fully supported, professionally overseen service.
Live-in nursing
Our live-in nurses are fully qualified registered nurses with a minimum of three years' post-qualification experience. They are carefully selected for their specific skills, with broad experience across community and acute nursing, and palliative care.

Care homes

Residential setting with shared staff and less personalised one-to-one support. The average care staff to residents in care homes is believed to be between five and eight residents per carer, meaning often long waiting times to receive the support you need.
Other providers
Around £1,150

Most care providers only offer one type of live-in care service, with no choice as to what works best for your family. Self-employed services often cost more than our introductory rate, and managed services are typically priced above our managed option.
